Shipping and Handling Policy

• Orders ship by USPS Mail or UPS Ground within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow standard shipping 2-7 business days for delivery.  

• All refused and returned shipments will result in a 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost. 

Expedited Shipping

At PouchMart, we offer expedited shipping via UPS. Choose from 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day. All rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the zip code you are shipping to. See shipping rates upon checkout. Please keep in mind that we do have a processing/handling time for every order. To confirm the shipment date, feel free to call us at 1-800-997-6824 or leave notes upon checkout and our staff will contact you if we are unable to reach your deadline.

International Shipping

All international shipping charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

International shipping is provided by USPS (United States Postal Service) and/or UPS. Choose shipping method upon checkout.
